Return and Exchanges

At Pathways to Possibilities, we want every item you purchase to inspire and motivate you. If at any time you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Returned items must be in original sales condition. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: Broken Hag Stone products. Exchanges for different items will have shipping fees applied. All returns are at the expense on the purchaser.

Order Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are processed in the order they are received and processed as quickly as possible. Because we work with local artist and our products are handmade, they may on occasion be temporarily out of stock, delaying in processes an order. You will be notified if this occurs and have the option to wait or cancel your order.

Delivery times are at the hands of the USPS, priority mail is usually delivered within 1-3 days of shipment.

 

Payment Options

We use Square as our payment processor and except Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Union Pay.
